Yes there is, the latest firmware is called iXtreme LT 1.1. It works for Samsung, BenQ and Lite-On. Samsung firmware was just finished today and will be released very soon.
There are lots of tutorials on how to flash your drive, you just need to find out what drive you have, do some googling.
Unfortunately, every year since 2006 there has been a banwave with every "stealth" hacked firmware, it always happens in november. So you are safe on live with a modded console until it is november, then you should take it offline completely or else it will be banned and you wont be able to transfer profiles from it.

Yes. Put a benq (DVD drive) in tour 360 and flash it. I could do it for $75 if you wanted.

There are mods to do this, but every day MS detects these mods and bans them, you would only have a short amount of time to play these games, 1 week tops before you would be banned.
