The top ones have people playing them, and alot of time some of the others have alot of friends that play it when there bored, for fun, or in preperation for something. Pretty much. Some games don't have many, which are unpopular games and old original xbox games, but in general yes. However I wouldn't get your hopes up for full crowds in an obscure game at 3 in the morning.Do pretty much all xbox live games have people playing at most times of the day?
Depends on how old or popular the games are, I sometimes have trouble finding people to play with when playing my old games, but most of the time i can find people pretty quickly.
I would say just buy the games, Im sure there will be people you can play with
