I have a Jasper modded Xbox 360. Can I download DLC for games using xbox live?

i'm planning to buy the adaptor but I heard that modded xbox's get banned from xbox live.

I'm not planning to play with other players online. i just want to download some dlc's. do I still get banned?I have a Jasper modded Xbox 360. Can I download DLC for games using xbox live?
You will not get banned as long as you havent play Fable 3 or Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit on it yet.



Just make sure you remove any copied discs from the disk tray, just to be safe keep the drive empty, then connect to live.

Microsoft cant detect the firmware, they detect the copied disk to do the bans.
