What are some good FPS games with good xbox live setup?

Hi i am looking for some good fps games that have a good xbox live setup. For example, Halo 3 has one of the best setups. The game types are nearly perfect and so is the ranking system. What other games rival Halo 3 when it comes to xbox live?What are some good FPS games with good xbox live setup?
well, considering Halo 3 has been out for like, a week, none yet. But I heard the America's Army game for the 360 uses a ranking system very similar to the PC version. Huah!What are some good FPS games with good xbox live setup?
if u like some military tactical stuff like i do u might wanna consider Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare or Call of Duty : World at War.... if u want some adventurous game Assassins Creed would kinda suit that its very fun u climb alot of things n of course assassinate!
