I am not able to download the beta for Halo Reach on Xbox live because it says "This account is not allowed to download Mature content". How do I change this because I am 19 and my brother is 14 so he can easily play it.How to access downloadable content for M rated games on Xbox live?
You will need to go into his account on Xboxlive.com and change his information. Or you can just set up a new user account and do it that way. Your brother will have to give you permission to change the birthdate info.

You can't. The only solution is creating another account. Reason why you can't is because you're brother is 14 and you're on his account. The system can't pick up that a 19 year old is playing. And it won't let you change the birth date because it could be you're brother thats tampering with it.
