you mean you have used games? If you have used games the problem might be that they need an online pass code. Games such as saints row 3, Fifa 12, madden 12 and others require an online pass if they are not new. When you buy one new it comes with a code to play online and if you get it used chances are someone already used it and you have to purchase one. usually around 800 Microsoft pointsWhy cant i play second hand xbox games on xbox live?
Welcome to the world of the Online Pass. Let me give you the simplified version of why we have to put up with this sh*t.



You buy a game brand new - The companies who make and publish it get money.



You trade it in - The shop sells the game again for almost full price



Someone buys the second hand game - the makers and publishers get NOTHING for the second sale.



So now most publishers force us to pay them more money with this Online Pass bullsh*t so they dont lose out so much on the second-hand games market. If you wanna play them online your guna have to pay for it.Why cant i play second hand xbox games on xbox live?
There is no ligitimate reason why they won't work so i would assume they maybe copies which have been banned.
